China Construction invests in Beijing Tongzhou real estate project

China State Construction Engineering Corporation (SSE:601668) announced that its subsidiary, China Construction Second Engineering Bureau, will invest in a real estate development project in Beijing's Tongzhou District. The project, located in the city's sub-center 0101 block, was successfully bid on by the subsidiary, China Construction Jiuhe Development Group. The project comprises eight land parcels, totaling approximately 11.28 hectares, with a total gross floor area of approximately 261,900 square meters designated for residential, office, and other uses. China Construction Jiuhe Development Group secured the land use rights for the project for a total price of CNY74.91 billion. The company believes that the project will enhance its market influence and brand recognition in the Beijing area. The board reminds investors to be aware of risks related to macroeconomic policy and market conditions.
