China Animal Husbandry Industry: Supervisor resigns, new one elected

China Animal Husbandry Industry Co., Ltd. announced the resignation of employee supervisor Pan Chungang, effective June 5, 2025, due to retirement. Pan will no longer hold any other positions within the company or its subsidiaries. The company's board of supervisors expressed gratitude for Pan's contributions during his tenure. To fill the vacancy, the company's employee representative assembly elected Qiao Lei as the new employee supervisor. Qiao's term will align with the term of the ninth board of supervisors. Qiao Lei, 43, holds a master's degree in Animal Medicine and has held various managerial roles within the company. As of the announcement date, Qiao Lei does not hold any shares in the company.
