Baosteel announces 2024 interim dividend of CNY 0.10 per share

Baosteel Co., Ltd. (SSE:600019) has announced its plan to implement an equity distribution for the second half of 2024. A cash dividend of CNY 0.10 per share (inclusive of tax) will be distributed to A-shareholders. The ex-right (interest) date is set for June 11, 2025, with cash dividends payable on the same day to shareholders registered by close of business on June 10, 2025. A differentiated dividend policy is in effect, excluding the company's repurchased shares. Consequently, the distribution will be based on 21,503,871,342 shares, resulting in a total cash dividend distribution of CNY 2,150,387,134.20. The ex-right reference price will be calculated as the previous closing price less CNY 0.09815. The dividend distribution will be conducted through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (CSDCC) Shanghai Branch.
