Bank of Shanghai announces 2024 equity distribution

Bank of Shanghai (SSE:601229) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholders' meeting on May 16, 2025. The distribution includes a cash dividend of CNY0.22 per share (tax inclusive) to A-share ordinary shareholders, totaling CNY3,125,477,073.18. This distribution, combined with the interim dividend already issued, brings the total 2024 cash dividend to CNY7,103,346,789.70. The record date is set for June 11, 2025, with the ex-date and cash dividend payment date on June 12, 2025. Consequently, the conversion price of the company's A-share convertible bonds ("Shangyin Convertible Bonds," 113042) will be adjusted from CNY9.09 to CNY8.87 per share effective June 12, 2025, when trading of the bonds resumes after a suspension for the equity distribution.
