Air China to seek shareholder approval for key transactions

Air China Limited will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 24, 2025, seeking shareholder approval for a range of significant resolutions. Key items on the agenda include the renewal of a framework agreement with China National Aviation Corporation (CNA) and related annual transaction caps spanning 2026-2028, as well as a new framework agreement with Cathay Pacific. Shareholders will also vote on the proposed appointment of KPMG as the company's auditor, replacing Deloitte.
