Huayou Cobalt announces 2024 equity distribution and convertible bond adjustment

Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt (SSE:603799) has announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, which includes a cash dividend of CNY0.50 per share to shareholders of record as of June 10, 2025, payable on June 11, 2025. Simultaneously, the company will adjust the conversion price of its "Huayou Convertible Bonds" from CNY34.92 to CNY34.43 per share to account for the equity distribution. Trading of the convertible bonds will be suspended on June 10, 2025, and resume on June 11, 2025, when the adjusted conversion price takes effect. The record date for GDR holders is scheduled for June 18, 2025.
