Air China to hold 2024 annual shareholders' meeting

Air China Limited (SSE:601111) will hold its 2024 Annual Shareholders' Meeting on June 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the C313 conference room of the Air China headquarters building in Beijing. Shareholders of record as of June 18, 2025, are eligible to attend and vote on resolutions. The meeting will address several key items, including the approval of the 2024 Board of Directors' and Supervisory Board's work reports, the 2024 financial report, and the 2024 profit distribution plan. Shareholders will also vote on the appointment of international and domestic auditors for 2025, a proposal regarding accumulated losses exceeding one-third of share capital, and the authorization for the Board to issue debt financing instruments. Some agenda items will be voted separately for A-share and H-share shareholders, with certain related shareholders required to abstain from voting on specific connected transaction proposals.
