Will Semiconductor: Shareholder equity pledge and release announced

Will Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (SSE:603501) announced that controlling shareholder, Yu Renrong, pledged 8,600,000 shares, increasing his cumulative pledged shares to 183,958,400, representing 55.16% of his holdings and 15.12% of the company's total share capital. Concurrently, concerted actor, Shaoxing Weihao Equity Investment Fund, pledged 8,700,000 shares and released 10,000,000 shares, resulting in 56,896,000 shares pledged. Together, Yu Renrong and his associates hold 33.57% of Will Semiconductor's shares, with cumulative pledged shares at 240,854,400, or 19.79% of the total share capital. Yu Renrong's pledged shares are for repayment of debt, whilst the pledged shares by Shaoxing Weihao Equity Investment Fund are for repayment of debt.
