Sichuan Changhong provides CNY 240m guarantee for subsidiary

Sichuan Changhong Electric (SSE:600839) announced it has provided a CNY 240 million guarantee for Zero-8-One Electronics Group. This guarantee, documented in a guarantee agreement with the Export-Import Bank of China's Sichuan branch on May 27, 2025, covers a maximum loan principal of CNY 240 million and is valid for three years following the loan's maturity. The company stated that this guarantee is within the approved quota of external guarantees. Following this latest guarantee, Sichuan Changhong's actual outstanding guarantees for Zero-8-One total CNY 660 million. As of the announcement, the company's total external guarantees amount to CNY 1,243,243,770, representing 84.80% of its latest audited net assets. The company emphasized that this guarantee poses a controllable risk and is for the development of the subsidiary.
