Sany Heavy Industry announces 2024 dividend distribution and buyback update

Sany Heavy Industry (SSE:600031) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, with a cash dividend of CNY0.36 per share. The distribution will be made to shareholders registered by the close of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 10, 2025, with the ex-rights (interest) date set for June 11, 2025, and the cash dividend payable on the same date. For natural person shareholders and securities investment funds, dividend tax will be based on holding periods, while QFII investors will have a 10% tax rate withheld.
