From April 7, 2025, to May 31, 2025, Haier Smart Home has cumulatively repurchased 12,436,000 shares, accounting for 0.133% of its total share capital, at prices between CNY 23.60 and CNY 26.30 per share, totaling CNY 312,379,426.36.
