China CSSC Holdings elects Hu Xianfu as chairman

China CSSC Holdings announced on June 4, 2025, that Hu Xianfu has been elected as the Chairman of the Board at the company's ninth board meeting held on June 3, 2025. Hu Xianfu, born in October 1969, holds a master's degree in business administration from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and is a senior engineer. He currently serves as a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy General Manager of China Shipbuilding Group Corporation. His term as Chairman will continue until the expiration of the ninth session of the board.
