Xinjiang Korla Pear elects new board, plans earnings call

Xinjiang Korla Pear (SSE:600506) today announced the resolutions of its 2025 Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, where it elected a new board of directors. Liu Zhenggang has been elected as Chairman, and Fan Fei as Vice Chairman. The new board includes both independent and non-independent directors. The company also announced the appointment of key executives, with Li Jia appointed as General Manager, Arslan Adili as Deputy General Manager and Board Secretary, Yue Peng as Deputy General Manager and CFO, and Feng Tao as Deputy General Manager.
