Lopal Tech's subsidiary secures lithium supply deal with Eve Energy

Jiangsu Lopal Tech (SSE:603906) announced its controlling subsidiary, LBM NEW ENERGY (AP) PTE. LTD., has signed a production pricing agreement with Eve Energy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Under the agreement, LBM NEW ENERGY (AP) PTE. LTD. is projected to sell a total of 152,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode material between 2026 and 2030 to Eve Energy and its affiliates. The contract is estimated to be worth over CNY 5 billion based on projected quantities and market prices. While this does not represent a sales commitment, it will enable Lopal Tech to establish a stable relationship with its downstream partners, supporting its long-term growth strategy.
