Jiaze Renewables updates subsidiary transfer, adjusts share issuance

Ningxia Jiaze Renewables Corporation (SSE:601619) announced the completion of a prior equity transfer agreement and adjustments to its private placement offering. Shanghai Xi Rong New Energy, the defendant in the equity transfer, fully paid the outstanding CNY5.1 million, leading Jiaze Renewables to withdraw its lawsuit. The court case is now closed.
