Huayou Cobalt: Convertible bond trading halt for equity distribution

Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt (SSE:603799) will halt trading of its convertible bonds, "Huayou Convertible Bonds" (113641), from June 3, 2025, until the equity registration date for its 2024 dividend distribution. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of CNY 5 per 10 shares (inclusive of tax) to shareholders. The ex-right date will be announced on June 4, 2025, along with the adjusted conversion price for the bonds. Bondholders wishing to receive the dividend must convert their bonds before May 30, 2025. Trading will resume on the first trading day after the registration date.
