HLA Corp appoints new directors, management after restructuring

Heilan Home Group Co., Ltd. has elected Zhang QinXue as an employee director, and Gu DongSheng as deputy chairman of the board, effective May 30, 2025. These appointments follow the annual shareholders' meeting where the supervisory board was eliminated, and a new employee director position was created to improve employee representation. Former directors Zhang XiaoFan and Zhang Zheng have resigned from their respective roles, with Gu DongSheng stepping down as Deputy General Manager. Zhang QinXue has also been appointed to the Audit Committee of the board. These changes are in accordance with company law and regulatory requirements, as well as the company's Articles of Association.
