Gongniu Group announces 2024 profit distribution plan

Gongniu Group (SSE: 603195) announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholder's meeting on May 15, 2025. Shareholders of record as of June 6, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 2.40 per share (before tax). In addition, the company will increase share capital by 0.40 shares for every share held, using capital reserve. The ex-right date is set for June 9, 2025, and the cash dividend will be paid on the same day.
