China Avionics Systems announces 2024 cash dividend

AVIC Airborne Systems Co., Ltd. has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the Annual General Meeting on April 18, 2025. Shareholders of record as of June 10, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.07 per share (before tax), payable on June 11, 2025. The total dividend payout will amount to CNY 338,722,764.10, based on the company's total share capital of 4,838,896,630 shares. The company will handle withholding taxes for individual and QFII investors, while other corporate shareholders are responsible for their own tax obligations. Certain major shareholders will receive their dividends directly from the company.
