Yasheng Group increases guarantees for subsidiaries

Gansu Yasheng Industrial Group (SSE:600108) announced it is providing additional guarantees for its wholly-owned subsidiaries, namely, Gansu Yasheng Agricultural Comprehensive Services Co., Ltd. ("Yasheng Nongfu"), Gansu Yasheng Tianyuan Pastoral Song Grass Industry Group Co., Ltd. ("Yasheng Tianyuan Pastoral Song"), and Shandan County Yuxing Vermicelli Industry Co., Ltd. ("Yuxing Vermicelli"). The company will guarantee CNY 15 million for Yasheng Nongfu, CNY 50 million for Yasheng Tianyuan Pastoral Song, and CNY 4.6 million for Yuxing Vermicelli. As of May 30, 2025, the total amount of external guarantees provided by the company is CNY 70,065.50 million, all of which are guarantees for wholly-owned subsidiaries. The announcement affirms that these guarantees fall within the scope approved by the board and shareholders and that there are no guarantees provided to the controlling shareholder or related parties. No overdue guarantees.
