Xiamen King Long to appoint new directors and supervisors

Xiamen King Long Motor Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:600686) has announced its third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025, during which key resolutions will be addressed including the appointment of new board members. Ms. Wen Guixiang is nominated to fill the director position vacated by Mr. Zhang Fan due to work changes, her term to last until the end of the current board. Ms. Wen currently serves as the General Manager of the Comprehensive Investment Management Department of Fujian Investment & Development Group Co., Ltd., as well as Chairman of Fujian MINT Industrial Zone Development Co., Ltd. The company also plans to appoint Ms. Zheng Lin as supervisor, to fill the supervisor position vacated by Mr. Ye Yuanhang. Ms. Zheng Lin currently serves as the General Manager of the Legal Affairs Department of Fujian Investment & Development Group Co., Ltd. The nominations and appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the meeting scheduled for June 10, 2025.
