Jilin QuanYangQuan invests CNY 15m in new fund

Jilin QuanYangQuan (SSE:600189) announced its intention to participate in establishing the Changbai Mountain Specialty Beverage Industry Investment Fund, contributing CNY 15 million for a 5% stake. The total fund size is CNY 300 million. Other limited partners include Jilin Forest Industry Group, a related party, committing CNY 127 million for a 42.33% share. The fund aims to focus on investments in mineral water, forest-based beverages, and health-related industries in Jilin Province. Jilin Changbai Mountain Private Equity Fund Management Co. will act as the general partner and fund manager. The investment constitutes a related transaction due to Jilin Forest Industry's involvement, but will not affect the company's consolidated financial statements. The company appointed one member to the investment decision committee. This investment is not expected to give rise to additional connected transactions.
