ICBC announces director resignations and new appointments

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) [SSE:601398] has announced key changes to its Board of Directors, effective May 30, 2025. Non-executive directors, Feng Weidong and Chen Yifang, have resigned due to age and term completion, respectively. Feng Weidong also ceases to serve on the Audit, Risk Management, Nomination, and U.S. Regional Institutions Risk committees, while Chen Yifang will no longer participate in the Strategy, Social Responsibility & Consumer Rights Protection, and Compensation committees.
