EGing Photovoltaic independent directors resign; litigation disclosed

EGing Photovoltaic Technology (SSE:600537) announced the resignations of independent directors Shen Xianfeng and Xie Yongyong, effective upon the election of new independent directors. Both directors cited the expiration of their terms, which cannot exceed six years as per regulatory guidelines. Shen Xianfeng also relinquished his roles as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and member of both the Remuneration and Assessment Committee and the Audit Committee. Xie Yongyong also stepped down as Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Nomination Committee.
