Tongwei's controlling shareholder pledges 60m shares

Tongwei Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Tongwei Group, pledged 60 million shares on May 28, 2025, to China Trust Co., Ltd. for its own production and operation needs. This pledge accounts for 2.95% of Tongwei Group's holdings in Tongwei Co., Ltd., and 1.33% of Tongwei's total share capital. Following this transaction, Tongwei Group's cumulative pledged shares total 509,260,000, constituting 11.31% of Tongwei's total share capital and 25.01% of Tongwei Group's holdings. Tongwei Group affirmed its strong financial position and ability to manage any potential risks associated with the share pledge.
