Tianma Technology share pledge extended by controlling shareholder

Fujian Tianma Science & Technology Group (SSE:603668) announced that Tianma Investment, a concerted actor of controlling shareholder Chen Qingtang, has extended the pledge of 13,450,000 shares. This represents 21.94% of Tianma Investment's holdings and 2.68% of the company's total share capital. Following the extension, Chen Qingtang and his concerted actors have collectively pledged 63,183,342 shares, accounting for 38.69% of their total holdings and 12.58% of the company's total share capital. The pledge extension does not impact the company's operations, financing, or control structure. The funds for repayment come from sources including operating income and personal compensation.
