Taiyuan Heavy Industry provides guarantee update for subsidiary

Taiyuan Heavy Industry (SSE:600169) announced it will guarantee a CNY 1.3736 million pre-payment guarantee for its subsidiary, Taiyuan Heavy Industry (Chahar Right Wing Banner) New Energy Technology, at the request of the subsidiary. The guarantee has been delivered to the beneficiary and is valid until November 21, 2025. This guarantee is supported by the subsidiary’s strong fundamentals and internal controls and the company states that risks will be manageable and not harm the company’s operation. As of the disclosure date, the company’s cumulative external guarantee amount is CNY 91,411.14, accounting for 17.38% of its latest audited net assets.
