Sichuan Chuantou Energy: Shareholder equity change progresses

Sichuan Chuantou Energy (SSE:600674) has announced progress in the changes to its controlling shareholder equity. Sichuan Energy Development Group will inherit shares held directly and indirectly by Sichuan Investment Group, becoming the controlling shareholder. The actual controller of the company remains the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Sichuan Province (Sichuan SASAC). This development follows the strategic restructuring initially disclosed on November 30, 2024. While the merger is complete, the transfer of shares held directly by Sichuan Investment Group to China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation and the corresponding industrial and commercial registration procedures are pending.
