Shanxi Fen Wine approves key resolutions at 2024 AGM

Shanxi Xinghuacun Fen Wine Factory (SSE:600809) convened its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 29, 2025, at the company's conference room. Shareholders holding 82.5505% of the company's voting shares were in attendance. Chaired by Chairman Yuan Qingmao, the AGM saw the approval of several key resolutions, all with overwhelming support. These included the 2024 Board of Directors Work Report, the 2024 Supervisory Board Work Report, the 2024 Independent Directors' Duty Report, and the 2024 Financial Statement Report. Additionally, the proposed 2024 profit distribution plan and the 2024 Annual Report along with its abstract were approved. Shareholders also greenlit the proposal to re-engage the company's 2025 annual report auditing firm, as well as its internal control auditing firm. In a subsequent board meeting, Wu Yuefei was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the board, effective immediately. Additionally, the board made adjustments to the membership of its specialized committees including the strategy, nomination, compensation and assessment, and the audit committee.
