Junzheng Energy announces 2024 annual cash dividend

Inner Mongolia Junzheng Energy & Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:601216) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholder meeting on May 16, 2025. Shareholders of record as of June 5, 2025, will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.15 per share (before tax). The ex-right (ex-dividend) date is June 6, 2025, with the cash dividend payable on the same date. The total dividend payout will amount to CNY 1,265,702,608.50, based on the company's total share capital of 8,438,017,390 shares. Different tax rates will apply to individual investors and fund based on the length of share ownership. QFII shareholders will be subject to a 10% withholding tax.
