Industrial bank approves all resolutions at 2024 AGM

Industrial Bank (SSE:601166) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on May 29, 2025. Key approvals included the 2024 Board and Supervisory Committee Work Reports, the 2024 Annual Report and Summary, the 2024 financial statements, and the 2025 budget plan. Shareholders also approved a profit distribution proposal, the capital management plan for 2025-2030, and proposals related to issuing capital and financial bonds. The appointment of the 2025 external auditor was also ratified. All directors were present at the meeting. The meeting was attended by shareholders and proxies representing 14,746,027,607 shares, accounting for 70.1811% of the company's total voting shares. All resolutions passed with over 99% approval from voting shareholders. A legal opinion from Guohao Law Firm (Shanghai) confirmed the meeting's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
