Hundsun Technologies announces 2024 equity distribution plan

Hundsun Technologies (SSE:600570) has announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approving a cash dividend of CNY 0.1 per share to A-shareholders. The record date is set for June 5, 2025, with the ex-date and cash dividend distribution date both falling on June 6, 2025. A differentiated dividend approach will be applied, excluding shares held in the company’s repurchase account from participating in the distribution. The total dividend payout will amount to CNY 188,897,525. The company will withhold income tax at different rates for individual and institutional investors according to regulations. Hong Kong market investors will be subject to a 10% withholding tax, and can apply for tax treaty benefits. The company will not issue bonus shares or increase share capital from capital reserves this year.
