China Tourism Group Duty Free appoints executives

China Tourism Group Duty Free Co., Ltd. (SSE:601888) announced the resolutions passed at its 24th meeting of the fifth board of directors, held via email and confirming key leadership changes. Zhou Lingjun has been appointed as the company's Chief Compliance Officer, effective from the board's approval until the end of the fifth board term, succeeding Mr. Chang Zhujun. Additionally, Yang Hongyi has been appointed as the Board Secretary and Joint Company Secretary, effective immediately, succeeding Chang Zhujun who resigned due to a job change and will continue to serve as Director, General Manager and Deputy Secretary.
