China Avionics completes share transfer under same control

China Avionics Systems announced today that the transfer of 22,677,248 shares, representing 0.47% of the company's total share capital, has been completed. The shares were transferred from AVIC Investment Holding to China Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC), the actual controller of China Avionics Systems. The transfer was executed via a non-public agreement. Post-transfer, AVIC Investment Holding no longer holds any shares in China Avionics, while AVIC's direct holdings increase to 305,378,962 shares, representing 6.31% of the total share capital. China Avionics Systems confirms that there is no change to either the controlling shareholder or the actual controller of the company. The transaction is a share transfer under the same control and will not trigger any mandatory offer requirements.
