China Animal Husbandry proposes election of new director

China Animal Husbandry Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "the Company") has scheduled a vote on the appointment of Mr. Zong Wenfeng to its ninth board of directors, according to a company announcement. The nomination was approved by the board on May 23, 2025, during its seventh extraordinary session, and will be voted on at the upcoming extraordinary shareholders' meeting on June 10, 2025. Mr. Zong's term will align with that of the ninth board. The company has confirmed that Mr. Zong does not currently hold company shares and has no affiliations with major shareholders, controllers, other directors, supervisors, or senior managers.
