Yasheng Group announces director resignation and election

Gansu Yasheng Industrial Group announced that non-independent director Li Zongguo has resigned due to internal work adjustments, effective immediately upon notification to the board. Concurrently, the company's employee representative congress convened on May 26, 2025, and elected Mr. Li as an employee director to the tenth board of directors. Mr. Li will also continue in his role as Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Labor Union, and Employee Director within the company. The announcement confirms that Mr. Li holds no company shares and meets all legal and regulatory requirements for the position.
