Shenzhen Expressway: Yunshan Capital increases stake above 10%

Shenzhen Expressway (SSE:600548) announced that Yunshan Capital's holdings have increased to 10.00% of the company's total share capital. Between April 15, 2025, and May 27, 2025, Yunshan Capital acquired 10,810,000 H-shares through centralized competitive bidding. Following the transactions, Yunshan Capital directly holds 253,786,461 shares, including 242,976,461 A-shares and 10,810,000 H-shares. Yunshan Capital intends to continue increasing its holdings of Shenzhen Expressway H-shares over the next 12 months, depending on market conditions.
