Juneyao Air adjusts share repurchase price ceiling

Shanghai Juneyao Airlines (SSE:603885) announced an adjustment to the upper limit of its share repurchase price from CNY 15.80 per share to CNY 15.7017 per share, effective June 4, 2025. This adjustment follows the company's 2024 annual equity distribution, where shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.1 per share. The company's previously announced share repurchase plan, approved in January 2025, allows for repurchasing shares up to a total value between CNY 250 million and CNY 500 million. Depending on the number of shares repurchased, Juneyao may repurchase between 15,921,843 and 31,843,685 shares. Juneyao Airlines will continue to implement the repurchase plan within the set limits.
