Spring Airlines sets AGM for 2024 results, strategy

Spring Airlines will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Shanghai in June 2025. Shareholders will consider several key proposals, including the board's and supervisory committee's work reports, the 2024 financial report, and a profit distribution plan proposing a cash dividend of CNY797.63 million. The meeting will also address the airline's 2025 strategy, forecast for related party transactions and external guarantees, the appointment of auditors, and a proposed employee stock ownership plan. Among the more important resolutions, there will be discussion of the issuance of debt of up to CNY2 billion, provided that its proceeds can be allocated to support capital expenditures and business development. Shareholders of record as of June 4, 2025, are eligible to attend and vote. The company stresses its commitment to shareholder value and sustainable growth in the meeting materials.
