Shanghai Wai Gaoqiao announces chairman's resignation

Shanghai Wai Gaoqiao Free Trade Zone United Development (SSE:600648) announced that Chairman Yu Yong has resigned from his position, effective immediately, due to a job transfer. Mr. Yu also relinquishes his roles as Chairman of the Strategy and Development Committee and member of the Audit Committee. The company confirmed that Mr. Yu's departure will not impact the minimum required number of board members or the normal operation of the board. Shanghai Wai Gaoqiao will proceed with the election of a new chairman in accordance with legal procedures. The board expressed its gratitude to Mr. Yu for his contributions during his tenure.
