Sanan Optoelectronics (SSE:600703) announced that between December 14, 2023, and May 16, 2025, it repurchased 250,271,624 company shares, representing approximately 5.0164% of its total share capital. The total expenditure for the buyback amounted to CNY3,083,329,388.88 (excluding transaction costs). The buyback aligns with previous company repurchase plans and relevant regulations. The company's board of directors approved a new repurchase plan on April 9, 2025, allowing for further buybacks of between CNY1 billion and CNY1.5 billion, with a maximum price of CNY16.00 per share.
