The fund, officially named Guizhou Yunxin Digital Internet Industry Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership, has completed its business registration and secured its filing with the China Securities Investment Fund Association, evidenced by the "Securities Company Private Equity Investment Fund Filing Certificate" (Filing Code: SAVV22) dated May 23, 2025. Jinhui Wealth Capital Management serves as the fund manager with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as the custodian bank. The fund aims to invest in the development and operation of new digital network applications. In a related announcement, the company plans to host an investor briefing regarding its 2024 annual and Q1 2025 results, at which analysts expect to further detail the fund's investment strategy.
