Nanjing Iron & Steel supervisor Wu Fei resigns

Nanjing Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (SSE:600282) announced today that supervisor Wu Fei has resigned from his position due to work-related reasons. According to the announcement, the company's supervisory board received Wu Fei's written resignation on May 19, 2025. Wu Fei's original term was set to expire on January 29, 2027. The company clarified that Wu Fei will no longer hold any position within Nanjing Iron & Steel after his resignation. As of the announcement date, Wu Fei held 20,000 shares in the company and has no outstanding public commitments. The resignation will not reduce the number of supervisors below the legally required minimum and will not impact the normal operation of the supervisory board.
