Liuzhou Iron & Steel appoints new board secretary

Liuzhou Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (SSE:601003) announced the resignation of Ms. Shi Liuyuan from the position of Board Secretary due to work-related changes; she will retain her role as Chief Accountant. The Board has appointed Mr. Lai Yi as the new Board Secretary, effective from May 20, 2025, until the end of the current Board term. Mr. Lai's appointment followed a nomination by the Chairman and a review by the Nomination Committee.
