Huayou Cobalt issues third ultra-short-term financing bonds

Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt (SSE:603799) announced the successful issuance of its third phase of ultra-short-term financing bonds for 2025. The issuance, labeled as "25 Huayou Cobalt SCP003 (科创债)", totals CNY 700 million with a term of 259 days and an issuance interest rate of 2.90%. The bonds, with a face value of CNY 100 each, were underwritten by a syndicate led by China CITIC Bank, China Minsheng Bank, and China Zheshang Bank, and were publicly offered in the national interbank bond market through book-building and centralized allocation. The company intends to use the raised funds to repay existing interest-bearing liabilities.
