EGing Photovoltaic shareholders approve all resolutions at AGM

EGing Photovoltaic Technology (SSE: 600537) announced the successful conclusion of its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Key resolutions approved include the 2024 Board of Directors Work Report, the 2024 Supervisory Board Work Report, and the 2024 financial statements. Shareholders also approved the 2024 annual report and its summary, as well as the profit distribution plan for 2024. All board remuneration proposals were also approved. The meeting, held at the company's Changzhou headquarters, saw a participation rate of 18.3431% of the company’s total voting shares.
