Aluminum Corp's shareholder increases stake to 1.05%

Aluminum Corporation of China (SSE:601600) announced that its controlling shareholder, China Aluminum Group, and its concerted actors have cumulatively increased their holdings in the company by 179,514,183 shares, comprising 89,776,183 A-shares and 89,738,000 H-shares. This increase represents 1.05% of the company's total issued share capital and amounts to approximately CNY 9.41 billion. The increase occurred between April 9, 2025, and May 26, 2025, with funding from the shareholder's own capital and a special loan for stock increase. Following these transactions, China Aluminum Group and its concerted actors now hold approximately 33.47% of Aluminum Corporation of China's total issued share capital.
