Yunnan Jinggu Forestry announces director resignation

Yunnan Jinggu Forestry Co., Ltd. (SSE:600265) announced the resignation of Director Chen Kai, effective May 22, 2025. Chen Kai's departure, attributed to work adjustments, also includes relinquishing his roles on the audit committee, nomination committee, strategy and investment committee, as well as his positions as director and chairman of the board at the company's holding subsidiary, Tangxian Huiyin Wood Industry Co., Ltd. The company stated that Chen's resignation does not reduce the board below the statutory minimum or impact company operations. The board will proceed with the election of a new director in accordance with the company's articles of association. As of the announcement date, Chen Kai did not hold company shares.
