China Merchants Bank: Executive resignation and board nomination

China Merchants Bank (SSE:600036) announced the resignation of Vice President Zhu Jiangtao due to work reasons, effective May 23, 2025. The Board expressed gratitude for Zhu's contributions during his tenure. Simultaneously, the Board approved the nomination of Wang Xiaoqing as an executive director for the 12th session, pending shareholder approval and regulatory qualification from the National Administration of Financial Regulation. Wang currently serves as Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Bank. Before that, Wang had a distinguished career at China Life Asset Management, including positions as Assistant President and Vice President.
