Bank of Jiangsu obtains approval for Ningbo branch opening

Bank of Jiangsu (SSE:600919) announced that it has received approval from the Ningbo Financial Regulatory Bureau to open its Ningbo branch. The approval, under document number 甬金复(2025)117号, specifies the branch's location as the Zhizao Building, located at Jiangcheng North Road 338, Changle Road 390, and Changle Road 396, in Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. The decision to establish the branch, through the acquisition of Ningbo Jiangbei Fumin Rural Bank, was approved at the bank's 13th meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors on November 27, 2024. The bank had previously deferred disclosure of this information due to commercial confidentiality and the uncertainty of regulatory approval, in compliance with Shanghai Stock Exchange regulations and internal company policies. Bank of Jiangsu will now proceed with the necessary procedures to officially open the Ningbo branch.
